 Director’s Biography One of Ireland’s most distinctive digital artists and accomplished computer animators, Glenn pioneered a 2D/3D combined animation technique for The ‘Kings Wake’; one of the biggest budget animated films made in Ireland and winner at the Celtic Film & TV Festival. Glenn’s short film ‘Butterfly’, an hypnotic, abstract meditation on life, death and rebirth, picked up multiple awards from Dublin to New York, was a BAA finalist and featured at the London Film Festival. He’s worked alongside one of the most groundbreaking music video pioneers of modern times - Peter Gabriel and recently, he directed and animated the video ‘The Drop’ featured on Peter’s career defining DVD compilation ‘Play’. Other credits include animated idents and promos for the likes of Guinness, Panasonic and Ninja Tune Records, demonstrating Glenn’s eclectic broad range of mood and styles; beautiful, intricate, semi-abstract, textural and photo-real.
